Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Double House ID of single house

By Nagar Nigam Lucknow in[protected] the old house number 488/81 B was change into new house number 488/380 and house tax submitted regularly on new house number. But few months ago I know that department generate a new house ID 9157B31471 ( House number 488/380) instead of continuing old house ID 9157B31468(House number 488/82B) and I informed about this matter to nagar nigam zone-3 dated 04/09/2020 through application and several times by physical presentation with proper documents and also send my matter to zonal officer through whatsapp dated 22/12/2020 and 24/12/2020.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
