Lucknow Nagar Nigam — False details given in Nagar Nigam office to obtain Death Certificate

My father Shri Gurdev Raj Nanda, R/o 555GA/99/1, Subhash Nagar, P.O.Alambagh, Lucknow expired on 18th March, 2021 and cremation done on 19th March on cremation ground ahead 3-4 kilometer from KRIPAL SINGH ASHRAM.
This is to inform you my father expired on way while bringing him from Charak Hospital on 18th March to Apollo Hospital near Ashiana and Apollo refused to admit him saying he already expired. So death did not occur at home. I am daughter of my late father. Both hospitals refused to give any document regarding his death and in Nagar Nigam false statement has been given by brother Deepak Nanda (Mob [protected]) and family.
Please do the needful and can verify from Charak Hospital.
