Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Garbage dump near my house

There exist a private land next to our house without boundary and as its empty the people of the locality have started dumping garbage there. As it’s going on since a long time a huge pile of garbage is gathered there which is causing major sanitation problem to us and other people of the nearby areas. It has become breeding ground for mosquitos and other animals like cows and dogs . We informed the owner but he refuses to take any action at all. Now I have no option except to complaint to nagar Nigam to take prompt action in this case and do something for the benefit of our health and sanitation and prevent spreading of disease in the locality due to the same . Hoping for your prompt and strict action on priority.
