Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Illegal parking of cars in my Area

I am a resident of Back side of pragya furniture, Raibareli Rd, Gandhi Nagar, Telibagh, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226029 and we are troubled by illegal parking of cars all along the service lane and footpaths since years.
It is a sincere request to look into the case and impose fine for not having a parking and encroaching the footpaths and service lane.
