Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Removal of a dead dog, brutally killed by a car

I called the Lucknow nagar nigam helpline number[protected] &[protected] but the service has been stopped temporarily. Grievance redressal portal of e nagarsewaup is not working.
Therefore complaining here to remove the dead body of a dog whose blood is on the entire road releasing a foul smell and bulk of housefly directly infront of my house since the morning. Please take action to it as soon as possible.
