Requested authority, I have been addressed a house tax bill in November, 2020 for the above house amounting to Rs. 67, 232 which includes an interest of Rs. 30, 170 over the arrears of Rs. 34, 401 and current year charges of Rs. 2, 700. (attached)
As this is the first time, I am in receipt of these claims - request you to kindly waive of the interest charge for the prior periods.
Also, I visited Lucknow Nagar Nigam Zone 8 office situated near Railway Crossing, Sector N, Bijnor Rd, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on November 27, 2020 at 2.00 PM where I was apprised that the actual house tax liability, including arrears, amounts to Rs. 9, 455 (approx.). I am ready to pay these charges (excluding interest) via electronic mode or account payee cheque address to your kind authority within the given timelines.
However, the website https://lmc.up.nic.in/internet/User_Login.aspx suggested for the payment is not registering the phone no. and showing an error message - "This Houseid is unavailable Or Mobile Number Already Registered".
Request your kind attention for the settlement of house tax liability and addressal of issue of website error.
