Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Road not constructed, cattles causing dirt

Sir/ma'am,
I live in place named makhdooom nagar balai khera kanpur Road, Lucknow neartransport nagar metro station landmark(bilali masjid).
My house is in the same lane of bilali masjid just 1 Lane earlier.
I have been living in this lane for over 10 year. Given notices multiple times but still road of my lane not constructed. All the time the officials come and measure the road but no process further taken place.
We all are suffering from the dirty lane. Situation is miserable for us.
There is also one family bringing cattle just opposite my house which is causing problems and even more dirt.
I want complain for the same as well and request you to take the proper actions.
