Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Sewer line choke and no one's is listening

Our sewer lines are choked, because of it, dirty and unhealthy sewage water is coming back to our home from chambers, chambers are totally choked too. From the last 3 months I have been complaining to our nearest nagar nigam office, our area supervisor Mr. Virendra Kumar and our zone -5 incharge Mr. Gupta ji, they gave us fake hope but did nothing effectively to solve this problem and that's why the problem is becoming worse day by day. We have submitted a complaint to CM portal today too. They haven't replied to our complaint as well . Please try to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

Updated by Sakcham Sharma Still none of our nagar nigam officials are capable of solving this problem. We have pleaded them so many times and yet they are doing nothing but making excuses.
