Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Spitting of tobacco in neighborhood

Sir/ madam
This is to inform that our immediate neighbor spit tobacco in front of our house breaking the covid 19 guidelines. In time of such pandemic it has become very dangerous for us to live in this surrounding. Previously we have verbally talked to them and raised our concerns but they did not care and their attitude towards us has been very harsh and kept spitting in front of our main entrance. Therefore, it is requested to you to take immediate action to resolve this issue as I and my wife both are 55+.
