Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Street dogs barking and chasing to bite (South City B Block)

In south city Block-B (B-102 to B-110 behind INOX mall, Telibagh), there are some street dogs who use to bark and chase to bite to the passers by almost every day. the residents feed them but do not stop from barking or chasing to passers by. they have already biten some passers by.

yesterday (19.11.2020), I was passing by the street by my bike and they started barking and chasing my bike and one of them was about to bite me but fortunately it was able to catch my trouser only.
