Swiper in our area vineet Khand 3 Gomti Nagar Lucknow do not swipe the road and there is so much garbage everywhere everyday even after he comes he only take garbage from home plz help and he is taking money every month and misbehaving with us when we r asking to swipe the road and take garbage from the road as well after he swipe the road he leaves garbage on road itself plz help
