I Mohd Zahid batt bought a luminous battery Luminous battery RC 18000 150 Ah on[protected]. It has leakage problems since then and gradually it has weakened and failing to have even 1 hour of back up. Now i had registered a complaint under number [protected] with luminous india on[protected]. The assigned person was casual and incompetent and unwilling to come and was telling us solutions on call. When he arrived he told battery has weakened and it would need replaced for which they will transport it. Afterwards since 3 days iam calling them but they are deliberately ignoring my calls. And if they recieve they straightaway refuse to come and take it. Now it has caused great inconvenience to whole family for last so many days.
