Its been 2 years i have purchased a luminious tez inverter and luminious tez battery from kharar punjab. I jve been told that battry with 36 month warrnty but now after 24 months its not giving backup, so i raised a complain the service cebter guy told me that my battry is out of warrnty after 18 months and now i have to buy a bew one they will give only 2000rs for the old battry and new one will cost 10000 so what is the use when ur battery nit even working for 2yrs and have to buy new one so dont go for ads in tv as they are manipulating and worst experience with luminious they are conning people. And last they told me i have to pay the visit fees of engineer too if he visits for normal checking the battery after 18 months so why they are saying 36 month on the battery printed and charging extra for 36months battry. I want a fair replacement of the battery if louminious can help me or i have to do something with it.
