I ordered a dress from mentioned below e commerce site of rupees 1399 via cash on delivery mode and they dumped me some old torn piece of cloth . when I tried to reach them for return and refund, I found their address and contact everything was false. the order was delivered with "delhivery" service with AWB no.[protected] and the e commerce site is

kindly help me in seeking refund and trace these fraud people engaged in cyber crime.

Same happened to me yesterday, I ordered a blue vintage dress and got a very ugly cheap synthetic pink t shirt, paid 1200 for it tried contActing through facebook...email no reply.

Same thing happened to me. I got a call also though i dont have that number now. I lost 1249. I had ordered a dress they have given me sum old black cloth without tag. What can we do now??

I placed an order for your item- Frog Button spring Short Sleeve O-neck Vintage Dress- S/ Red. I got the delivery and while the package mentions the right item, what came inside was something completely different. I am attaching pictures of what I ordered and what actually came. Kindly send me the right dress and get this collected as soon as possible. The order number is LF3339.

Same happened to me. I placed an order of hooded dress of Rs1399 and they send something else. They called me on September 1 from a mob number [protected] and confirmed the order. Now when I called them to return the item they blocked me.
My order number-LF 3593. Please help me to return this. I want my money back.

This is Tina. I too got my COD delivery which was a completely different product than what I had ordered. I just just written to them on their website for a refund / replacement on 11/09/2020. I need to know if there is a better way to take them to task of they are fraudulent. As there is no address/phone number on the website not sure what to do.

I had also ordered a Turtle neck ethnic print frog button long sleeved vintage dress. I just received an ugly grey khadi kurta that isn't even my size. I too had received a call but did not save the number. I paid 1399. They have also sent ten surgical masks when they had said cotton ones, though the masks are supposed to be free. I wish I had researched the company before ordering. Such fraudsters!!
