This is quite beyond the scope of the website because the original company is in USA with no office in India.
However I still raise this complaint for records.
I was interested in M-Audio M-Track Solo audio interface and I had a lot of technical queries as pre-sales queries.
Ten days ago I logged tickets on their support website asking those pre-sales queries.
Now today is 11th day and they still have not responded.
