Madhuka I am also victim of same company. I am also suffering from same situation as yours. They are sending me mails and doing frequently calls to pay penalty charges. But don't pay any single amount to them. Now I am going to lodge complaint against them in cyber security branch . You can also lodge complaint against them. Don't worry

Yes if they will continuing torcher you than take some legal action against them and I showed their agreement to advocate and they said that its a fake agreement so don't worry Just Block their numbers

I have blocked all their contacts but do i need to revert or reply them even if whatever they say like “we will take legal action against you or something?”

I got a call for job offer from a fake form filling website called M.B. INDIA SERVICES* W/74, Bhimnagar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra 431002 helpline.[protected]@gmail.com mob no - [protected], [protected] i dont have their company website and they asked me to enter forms in https://leads4ff.us.
They were using Gmail IDs for all communications. The agreement was that if I fail to submit the work The work given to me seemed pretty simple and it was offering a handsome amount of RS. 30000 in 10 days. So I signed up for it confident that I cannot fail.
After 10 days i have completed entire work and spend 10 days around 6 to 7 hour to complete target
Despite that they did not paid anything to me and they calling me to pay fine 4990 else you have to face legal action from court
Everyday i am getting call from them now i am totally irritated
But i found the reviews online that its a fake company and now they have their new name called M B industries

I also got same work by this m.b India services. I have submitted my work in 10 days. After that they told me wait for the qc report. So same as u I also got my qc report fail I have got 415 wrong forms. So after that I checked this report with my pdf file there was only 35 wrong. Then I got a call from advocate and I told him my issue that my this much forms are right and u have given you me wrong. He started asking me to pay 4900 rs other wise we will filed a case againt u . So uske baad jaise hi mene usko bola ki tum log fraud ho ek paisa nai dene vala jo krna he karo vaise hi uski baat krne ki tune change hui bolne laga tumpe legal case hoga n all. So guys don't pay those frauds.. aur usko yeh bhi kaha ki me tumpe case karne jaa rha hu.. to vaise hi call cut kr diya .uske baad abh uska call nai.
