Guys please don't worry
I also registered in m b india services day before yesterday but i got to know in the evening after registration that this company is fraud
You have some valid points to ask them as i called them as ask the following questions
1. I ask them first what kind of company is this (Private ltd, soleproprietship, partnership) so he said that its a private company, then i ask him for the cin number (Its a 21 digit number) but he refuse to give me that. Then i ask him if its a private limited company then why pvt ltd. Is not mention in the end of company name.
2. The agreement they sent me; the date mention on that agreement is 1st feb but i registered there on 30th march. So you can ask this question too to them
3. I did'nt do any signature on agreement they ask for the otp only to start the work. So guys don't worry about anything.
4. As you all know its a fraud company so how can a fraud company will send you a legal notice. So please don't pay any money to them.
And one more thing you don't have to complete the work if you know got to know that it's a fake company immediately after registration
