Yes they provide you helpline no which never works. Also their fake advocate calls you and abuses you in Hindi language. Also this fake advocate calls you before 6or 7days of work completion as a support person. Everytime phone no remains same but name changes on true caller.

what is the simplest way to get rid of them.they are sending me mails now from a different ids threatening me about the legal signed agreement and verification call.i am tensed.please help

This Intimation LETTER Informs you That M.B INDIA S has field a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB or NOT COMPLETED Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.

SECTION 73. imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
SECTION 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for When a contract has been broken,
SECTION 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.

So as you are not full fill THE AGREEMENT RULE, So that The COMPANY has take the help of LEGAL PROCEEDS for his COMPENSATION.So pay the amount as per AGREEMENT, So pay the amount as soon as possible to CLOSE YOUR FILE, IF the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the LEGAL PROCEDURE.

A fake company not to the mark as told in the agreement, while signing up on the project they tell you something and after termination of the project they tell you something else totally inappropriate to boot. i.e. in agreement, they tell you ( if contract gets terminated due to incompletion of work then you will be charged Rs. 4900 as penalty charges this is what i was told and after paying the penalty amount to them, these people started demanding 40 thousand Rupees for closure of contract and termination in Latur Court. and the reason behind it was that the company has compelled loss due to us and they didn't knew that you would fail in one assignment) i am a student i do not have much money and they threten us that this company will file a case on me
