The residents of D-1/N-1, M G Complex, sector 14, Vashi are building extra rooms and bathrooms, not permitted in the FSI agreement. The side of the building on which they are constructing the rooms are coming in the way of the entire building's plumbing system. They broke one of the building's toilet pipes to reroute it so that they can build extra rooms. They are doing this without any permission from the residents and the society.
There are several other residents constructing illegal rooms in the society. Please take action as soon as possible.
