My Bill dt 09/12/2020 for Rs.1, 081/- payment done wide ID - KBL[protected] and
Bill dt 09/01/2021 was for. Rs2, 318/-
( 1081/-arrears +1236/-current bill) line man arrived for disconnection with out notice and before the due date our security informed him regarding the payment made through online but still he didn't agree and said to make the payment or he will disconnection, since no one at home was forced to make payment again for Rs.2, 318/- payment ID - KBL[protected] thinking the excess amount will be adjusted in the next bill since its online payment and will not get missed but the bill I receive
Dt- 09/02/2021 is for Rs1, 888/-
and excess amount of Rs.1081/- is still pending for refund or adjustment so please look through the matter earliest and do the needful . Was this information helpful? |
