The above mentioned Notary public has charges us Rs. 150/- each of our 2 affidavits where the legally the charges can be levied only 40/- per affidavits.
There is no fees schedule displayed at shop while this is a mandatory requirement as per the Notary Act.
Moreover his employee - Mr. Rajendra used to threaten to the Customers for dire consequence if the customer goes to lodge any complaint.
They openly tell customers/clients who come to their shop that "EITHER TO PAY THEASE CHARGES OR GO TO ANOTHER NOTARY"
Nobody is having any option but to pay exorbitant fees they ask.
