M.P.Paschim kshetra vidyut vitaran Limited Dewas M.P. — Tempting small farmer for suicide

I am a marginal farmer below 2 hectors land owner .I have 3 HP irrigation electric pump connection at my farm, this was closed since last four years as there was no crop sowing so no activity no question of electricity consumption.It was surrendered temporary.There was no bill raised by the MPB during these years, never any paper, delivered or told any dues about by any one. On this Deshahara, lineman Shankar was inquired for revivalof the connection and told to intimate what dues or any amount is to be paid. On the first day of operation on 6.11.2015Shankar, Ayub Lineman along with JE incharge with 8-10 men, sgang appeared at11.00AM at my farm and without interacting with me collected electric motor pump, cable and service line and tookwithout giving any receipt or panchanama like documents.and asked to pay 25000/- rupees on the spot.My man Ramdeen and Narmada harijan chamar phoned me and hardly I could manage and deposited 20000/- and balance 5000/-next day on 7th Nov 11.and took back my motor etc. My complaint is without prior intimation, giving me exact details of the dues of what year, what charges, penalty, what was forgived by Govt. time to time, and what tariff was charged for the marginal farmers., why they disconnected and took away, thus created extreme pressure and humiliated, thus tempted me to commit suicide if I could not manage to pay and auction my so called prestige..
