M.s.s Transport — Parcel not delivered to me

My parcel number is 1488484. Delivery of my parcel is supposed to be from Tiruchengode to Sholinganallur(Chennai). Instead, it was mistakenly mentioned as Sholinghur(Arakonam) by the Tiruchengode branch office.

I understand this is manual error. Can be a mistake by the sender or the branch office. However, mistake has happened and that is completely fine. I am asking for change in the delivery location to my nearest place so that I can pick up easily. The parcel is in Koyambedu and the company is not willing to deliver it to my nearest location. They can request for payment that applies for Tiruchengode to Sholinganallur and I am fine paying that. Denying to even deliver is not the right attitude from the company.

Iam asking for delivery of the parcel to my nearest location with whatever payment that applies to it Or please return my parcel to the origin location.
