M. Sanyasi Rao — disappearance of signal

I am having a reliance mobile no.[protected] and using the same for more than 4 years. From the last four to five days, the reliance signal disappeared from the phone. I have enquired with nearest reliance shop in shapurnagar, hyderabad, who informed that the signals will not come. When i tried to port the reliance to another supplier, they are insisting for some code which is to be obtained from reliance no. Only. As i do not have signals, how can i give a wring and get the code number. When i have enquired with the reliance shop at shapurnagar, they have informed me that they will be getting the code for porting but they will charge rs.100/- the act of reliance is unjust, unreasonable and against the law prevalent in india. As such i request you provide me with code for making porting.
