MAAC — Refund of fees

I joined Maac paid almost entire fees, attended classes for only 3 courses now due family issues I am not able to continue the course as it is not possible for me. I asked for refund excluding the courses the amount of courses which I attended. The representative replied with saying they don't have any refund policy over here.
