I also Worked For 7 Days very hardly day and night but after submitted the work tey are saying my QC did not reach 90% and i have to pay 4000 today otherwise they will go legally and in court i have to pay 11700 rupees.

Hi @ameenuddin irfan im also a victim of it. I'am yet to complete the work they have given me. There is still one more day for my deadline. I already suspected it to be a fraud one. But my badluck i suspected it after i signed the agreement. What happened to you guys can happen to me also. So can you help me please. I dont want to loose my money on these fradulents. Plz try to be as early as possible

But they made something wrong and decreased my data perfection form 96% to 52%...and now they are asking me to pay 4000 or else they said they goona file the case...

Guys I too faced same and I didn't do anything till now don't pay for them, my case was worst I cracked the website java script and copy pasted the whole content even though they are showing my QC out of 90% below, actual procedure they do is, they will have our ID and password and they change our saved forms in 2-3days and show we failed and start to demand money,
But I didn't payed them money and told strictly that I'm going give cyber complaint then they started to bargain, to atleast pay Rs 3000/- or Rs 2000/- .XD
They also sent me advocate notice, don't get feared just be brave and say I'm going to give a cyber complaint they'll leave you.

Hello you pay the money.
1. Non-judicial stamp Rs.10/- is not valid for the agreement. only
2. In registration/agreement paper there is no company details exists to entered in to an agreement.
3. This agreement document has to be only one particular address, but in 10days a complaint raised in google by money harassment from this company in different addresses
4. A agreement paper is valid for only one address but this agreement paper forged in different addresses.
5.A agreement/registration paper in bottom contains propreitor signature must be compulsory for valid agreements other wise it is not valid.
6. If any digital signature occurred in any agreement there be some regulations like every document paper there will be a barcode for digital signature but not there
7. Important point is propreitor signature, In any agreement/registration signature is valid only when the signature is in fully.But in agreement there is shortcut signature with forgery edited.
And in advocate notice also we seen shortcut signature

@raviteja2393. I have read what you wrote. Plz can you help me here. I have experienced the same thing. When I stopped my work the day before the completion of the work. They called me today and said that I have to pay 4000 RS. I said they are fraud and I said their agreement was fake but they asked why did I sign the agreement then. They are threatening me with the law suit. Plz help me get through this.

I have received few calls regarding data entry and have agreed to work for automobile data entry by mac it solutions, krishna nagar 2nd lane, guntur district, andhra pradesh. They said that, they will pay 15000 for filling 1000 forms with in week with 90 % accuracy.in case if i fail, i need to pay 4000 else they will pay 11000 by deducting 4000 in the name maintenance. I have completed the work in time and submitted by checking the data twice. Now they manipulated the data and made it 84% and demanding 4000. If not they will sent me to jail and i am supposed to bear all court hearing fee. Daily they are calling me and threatening. I can clearly sense that they have made my data wrong. I got doubt by reading the agreement and felt something is wrong and while entering the data i got to know the data is provided on top and what is the requirement of typing again, there are so many misleading names and i typed them correctly and they made them wrong again. Now they are demanding money. Please do favour for me.
When i google it about this there are so many complaints and different company names but the same bond agreements to all.
