Machine Zone — unethical behavior

Myself and thousands of others are having a major issue with machine zone on their game, game of war. We are dealing with major lag issues every second on this game. We get booted constantly, freezing, etc. We write them and inform them of these issues daily, and we always get the same response, clear caches, force stop game, and i go as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the game, just makes things worse. They hold events where we attack other alliances or hit monsters. I had people on the game time me, took me over 38 mins to get to the screen to set a march, then i get booted and freezes my devices right up completely. Myself on one of my accounts i have roughly $4000 canadian and 3 years of my time invested in this game alone, my wife plays and the same with her. There are many more people that have spent much more than me that are facing the same issues. We have even sent them letters asking them to slow down on the packages to build our access up. For one, their prices are obsurd and its causing the game servers too many problems, that's where the lag comes in. They are trying to build this game too fast and is costing every player everything they have paid for and spent many days and hours on. Please reply back we are all unsure on what to do, a lot o[censored]s are thinking legal action. Thank-you.
