Mack2Cart — product mismatch with low quality

I ordered a green saree, but they deliverded a blue saree with low qulaity. What is the procedure to return the product? I have called the CUSTOMER CARE number also but no use they provide a not in use number. I called the delivery man who delivered me this ### product to me, he told that please contact the CUSTOMER CARE. There is no proper contact details and link to return the product.
