Madanpur Toll Plaza, Baihata Chariali, Assam — Charged More than double toll tax

I have travelled with my personal car from Guwahati to Howly on 04.04.2021 through the Madanpur Toll Plaza, Asaam. Rs. 110 has been debited from my HDFC Fast Tag for one way journey. Earlier the toll tax was Rs.55 for one way journey through the gate. Please respond why more than double tax has been deducted.
