This is Madesh.R from Bangalore, Karnataka State.
I place the order for Mswipe swiping machine on 7th Sept 2018 afternoon with payment of 1239/- rs through mswipe payment link.
My 1st problem: If client is paying the money immediately to Mswipe account, then client wont get the payment receipt from Mswipe company rite.
2nd problem: If client paid the money through payment link after there is no calls, sms, emails from Mswipe company to client.
3rd problem: If client is called to customer care number about his order then they will tell no idea about your order, we don't have any information on ur purchase.
4th problem: If client again calling to Mswipe sales person through whats app & then he will tell sir when u done the payment that day server was busy or not working, then how come Mswipe have taken my payment.
5th problem: If client is not asked about his purchase then Mswipe people bother about his sale. simply taking money & do fraud to customers
Dear Sir
I am facing this all kind of problems in Mswipe company which head office is in Delhi. Till today i am not received money, product or payment receipt. Kindly help me on this.
