We had approached in 2021 for Counseling for my son. Du to covid it was online. They charged 5000 for 1 consultation which was not satisfied but being parent we ignored the attitude of Madhavi and proceed with them
They never provided any contact number of their team for support everything on mail. When u are stuck in any application form or any query you have to mail a story to them, in return they just ask 1 line what you didn't understood its simple.. if its simple we would not have hire your service. All online form you have to fill, they just check 1 foem if its correct other you have to deal they chsrge 75000 and no service.
Even when we ask some assistance for visa and documents for visa or loan support they say we are not loan process firm. When you work with som many student some guidance may be possible they denied.
We asked for any assistant of other candidate in same university if they have for accommodation they again replied we see not estate consultant. If your child is going some country and you rely of such agency if very disgusting.
During application the easiest university where admission can be confirm are suggested as Your DREAM UNIVERSITY so you feel they helped in getting your dream come true.
They are really unprofessional and unethical its just cheating and money .asking team.
