Madhu — t - shirt not delivered

Sir,
I have purchased a tshirt online from ose7en on 30 aug 2017 and paid rs. 549/- through card at the time of purchasing.
I have waiting for the t-shirt, till now

Whenever i sent mail to i will get reply saying that mail matter is too short

There is no customer care number also with ose7en

My brother birthday is tomorrow

I just wanted to give him gift of this t-shirt

Now i have tried to contact to shipper ose7en but we have not found any contact number on their site or any where. Then i have mailed to given email every day. But not got any response.

Now today i have mailed again to the same id.

I am really very upset with this. This was my first transaction with ose7en. And disappointed

I request you that plz. Send my parcel & do the needful.
