I am a resident of Virpur District Mahisagar. We had a complaint about this at MGVCL Virpur Sub Station and Customer Service Center on 13/10/2022, when there was a power outage at our house on 13/10/2022, then those locos called at 12 in the night. So told that the power cord has been cut, it will not happen in the night. Electricity comes in the service of 24*7, its work can be done even at night, so why our electricity was not turned on completely and if there is any such rule or circulation that it cannot be done in the night, then we should be told. And after disconnecting the wire, after turning on half the line, then it should be told that there is a rule that how many people should be left without electricity by wire from anywhere. Give us complete information about this

24 કલાક માં 3-4 જ કલાક લાઈટ પ્રાપ્ત થાય છે અને લાઈટ 10 મિનિટ આવે છે જાય છે તેમાં વિજઉપકારણ ખરાબ થઈ જવાનો ભય રહે છે કોઈ પણ કારણોસર વારંવાર વિજકાપ મુકવામાં આવે છે તેથી લોકો ને મુશ્કેલીનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે તો આ પરિસ્થિતિ ધ્યાને લઇ યોગ્ય ઘટતું કરવા વિનંતી

This is so careless and disrespectful of the company that the this not first this is happening second time the voltage fluctuations has burnt 2 air conditioners circuits and before one month also this happened which burnt 3 circuits who will give the waiver for this. Please help with this and give compensation of the total cost we are paying for repairing.

I paid my electricity bill of 3589.80 on 28 july, 2022, but when i check my transaction status it shows failed. please resolve it quickly. i paid at mgvcl quick payment through billdesk option.

Today morning I received email reminder from MGVCL that my bill payment of bill dated 20 June 2022 is still pending.

I have already paid the bill via Talkcharge mobile wallet app with Transaction ID TC[protected] dated 23rd June 2022.

Just before a while I also approached to MGVCL Vadodara local office with above transaction ID details. But they are telling that amount is not received at their end because transaction ID TC[protected] is not traceable in their system.

Above is a valid transaction ID from Talkcharge so the pending claim from MGVCL is not valid.

No power since more than an hour and the helpline is switched off. This is regular thing. If bill payment delayed, I am threatened for connection cut. Why no action for no service?

Last few weeks every day any time light cut in my village. Some rain is drop and Emedatly GEB station man power off in my village. Last year this same this prblm but not solution. Please take action Emedatly.

You cut off power in night 12 to 3 am weekiy so why and how much time in the week 3 hours in 2 days in week

I request to solve our problem regarding this electricity issue. There is no electricity from 2:00PM. When we call at MGVCL office to register a complain they are not responding at all. When we are calling to office if incase they are accepting the call they are saying us to wait. When we come to pay you are not giving us time to pay. This from Lalpura, Ta:Anklav, kothiyakhad(AG) fider, single phage. I request to solve this problem as soon as possible.

This is from Anklav, Lalpura...Kothyikhad fider anklav lalpura is facing many problems in electricity. There is no electricity from 2:00PM. Please repair as soon as possible. From last twenty days electricity in sundarpura village is continuously cutting off. Light goes off for long time in day as well as night.

We are living in Anand in 44 Sara garden society near halani height consumer number [protected] we are facing power cut issue in middle of summer since nearly 5 years power cut is always from 11.00pm to nearly 9 or 10 am in the morning i.e. for whole night
We just want to know why is this issue always for nearly 5 years other society opposite to our direction which belongs to majority community does not face this issue I have seen this with my own eyes we have called customer care number [protected] because this number always answer but Anand customer care number does not answer any calls they keep the phone aside which is why it's always engage
Calling customer care [protected] told us this problem is major and it will be solved in morning because our technical do not work in night
Now today dt 26.06.22 we are still in dark and there is no answer from anyone this issue was again faced a week back
Is any issue with MGVCL with minority
