I ordered a pair of heels from this brand. The image showed a good quality pair of heels. The product I received was packaged so terribly in a single cloth bag and disfigured the heels. After I contacted the customer service on instagram they said their policy is to charge 45 rupees for picking up the product and will only give me store credit as their policy is same for all returns irrespective of the fact that the product is of bad quality. The customer service refused to even understand the issue even though I provided images. All I was asking was for to be given my money in the original payment method and not force me to shop from them by scamming me with a cheap quality product and then trapping my money in their store credit. The customer service is horrible and not helpful. The quality of product is awful, and they keep telling how many products they've sold and how good feedback they get whereas I'm telling them and showing them how cheap the product is.
