Madrashoppe — Ordered item undelivered

I ordered a book titled "Bravely fought the Queen" written by Mahesh Dattani through Madrashoppe on 14/03/022 and paid for it through PAYTM.The details were given in an email along with payment received status.Till today I haven't received the book.I informed about it twice but there is no response.If the site is a fake one then will my appeal for cancellation of the order and claim for the refund be effective at all.Please relief from this trap.
