Madurai Sub Registrar Office - Madurai South Joint 4 — E.C non appropriate information provided

Dear sir( Mr.பூசத் துரை, இளநிலை உதவி யாளர்/ Mr. சித்துப்பாண்டி ப, இளநிலை உதவி யாளர் ), Madurai south joint 4, Madurai.
I had applied for the E.C over the online(29.09.2020) and paid 571Rupees in the domain (tnreginet) for the RS.No.-70/1A1, 70/1A which is in the village of kovilpappakudi, Madurai north, Madurai district, but I had the EC confirmation on another R.S.No.-, kindly check my application EC/Online/44157554/2020 and provide me with the correct details,
Kindly do the needful, its not good and we don’t expect this from a digital platform and taken long time,
Note: There was a telephone number in the portal for the concern SRO is not working and address is also wrong and in the toll free executive also not know the correct details,
No platform to raise a complaint,
