Sharing the worst experience from magic bricks website regarding the purchase of their titanium plan
I have purchased a titanium package from magic bricks and made the payment on 11'th september, till now the package is not activated. The agent whom i had the conversation is not responding now. The customer service team is total waste and there is no hope from them as they are saying they did not received my payment. I have provided all the details related to my payment and on 14'th i got a mail saying that they will activate my package immediately but after that there is no response from them. I want the refund of my money immediately as i lost trust in this website and do not want to continue with their services. Please find the details below.
