We were to be provided free vouchers from magic holidays. When we went there, they were forcing us to get membership. And when we refused like for 7 times.. The lady manager comes n tries to re-convince us. Again when we refused.. She murmurs to her staff saying "ye log sirf voucher k liye aaye hai, inko de de"
That is not a way to talk to customer.
Has hse been even taught the basic values of customer is king
N in the first place when u cant afford to sell so callled free vouchers without forceful membership, dont sell them.
Just coz u wanna achive ur target, avoid abuses from ur senior, u can't mistreat the customer.
In d end when they gave us d voucher, we tore it into pieces on her face.
