[Resolved]  Magic Holidays — Not cancellation of membership and not refunding amount

My magic holidays membership no. Is mh/mum/5623 valid from 08-2015 taken from magic holiday office located in ‘little world mall, khargar’ from mr. Sanjeet moulik & mr. Oskar. There are many reason for surrendering the membership which is mention below in details. There is no other opinion to continue this membership and hence request you to take my this surrender request and refund the full amount which has been paid to you so far and stop the ecs payment from the next installment (Sep'16 onward).

Reason for the surrender the membership on immediate effect as below: -

1. When the first confirmation call we received before joining the membership, we have initially regret the confirmation as it differed which was presented to us, then after we received the call from mr. Oskar stating that this is the process for the confirmation and it is based on the base line so you can accept whatever they ask you and whatever we have offer you in presentation it will be provided you and the same will come in the joining kit. So in second confirmation we have accepted all those point which was ask to us as a confirmation.
2. Commitment which was told to us at the time of presentation the package is different in many ways which is received in membership kit.
3. The membership kit doesn’t mentioned those points which was told in the presentation.
4. There is a hidden factor in rci property which says it will be provided for maximum 2 person in the same cost.
5. There is a hidden cost in rci property which says 1200/- per night for extra person needs to be paid compulsory.
6. There is a hidden cost in rci property which says 250/- per person per day toward breakfast needs to be paid and it is compulsory.
7. There is a hidden cost in rci property which says for any cancellation the paid amount will not be refundable.
8. There is a hidden cost of fluctuating of amc charges, which was told to us 6100/- per year is fixed.
9. There is an offer given to us of rs.5000/- cash back, which will auto credited after 4 emi but it was not given till date.
10. There is an offer given to us for one day picnic, which will be arrange by the magic holiday and date will be convey to us based on the availability of the group of peoples. As it was convey to us also like for individual person this can’t be done, when we request to provide the picnic for the proceeding next week after joining the membership.
11.in the presentation they have provided us 2 week rci bonus weeks without any additional cost but it was not mention in anywhere in the kit and when we enquired, it was convey to us by mr. Sanjeet that it will be provided only after the full payment is made, which is totally different from the presentation.
12. Two 2n / 3d free holiday package was shown and offer in the presentation but only one is provided in the document in the membership kit.
13. It was told once you become member will provide you the login details so you can login and you can do your planning at any time for anywhere and you can check your detail online. But when enquired about the login details we come to know that it will be provided only after the full payment.
14.in presentation it was told to us, if the full payment is made with in 18 month then no interest will be charged to us. But when enquired from the account / collection department we came to know it is only 12 months after that interest will be chargeable and from the last one month i’m receiving call from collection department to clear the full payment before 31st aug to relieve from the interest.
15.in the presentation lots of panoramic properties was shown but when we planned our first trip with magic holiday, we came to know there is only limited properties in panoramic and we needs to go with the rci properties for which we needs to pay additional cost.
16. It was told to us that the cost of the membership is 169, 300/- and only 6100/- per year amc needs to pay before travel. But while making the first trip plan in magic holidays we came to know that we needs to pay rci properties charges also apart from the mentioned charges.
17. And there is some utility fee mention in the membership kit like 10 usd or 20 usd needs to pay for overseas properties, which was not communicated in the presentation.

For clarifying the above point i have call the executive (Mr. Oskar) many times but he didn’t responded the same thing i have convey to your collection department also that mr. Oskar is not picking my call and reverting me back. So i visited ‘little world mall, khargar’ last week 3 times but out of that 2 days i found the office is closed that is on[protected] &[protected] and finally i can able to catch mr. Sanjeet on[protected] and he had convey that they can’t able to do anything in this request and we need to communicated to customer care for this surrender request. So, i’m writing this mail to you, kindly do the needful at earliest.

When i visited to your kharghar office, i got the reply from your executive like i am not able to plan my travel and blaming magic holiday to surrender the policy. Which i need to clarify that, first point of one day picnic which was told to us that magic holiday will arrange and convey to us. Than how you can expect me to follow up. Second, i have a plan to travel in next week from 13 to 20 of aug'16 and for that i have made my plan and once connect you before 20-25 days then only i came to know the reality of this package and hidden costs. Due to which i have decided to surrender the policy immediately. And for your information i have plan my own vacation in next week because i have not received the good response from your side.

I couldn’t able to continue this membership with all this cost factors and hence request you to take my this surrender request and provide me the refund (Amount paid by me so far) as soon as possible and stop ecs payment from the next installment.

From last month i'm following up and writing mails to them but no one is responding and ecs payment also not stop it is till deducting from my account.

Request you to kindly help me to get my money back and close this relationship with magic holiday

Hi,

Kindly help to get my money back from this fraud company (magic holiday) who saying lies and false commitment only. I have send them multiple reminders to return back my money and every time they are coming up with different statements.

Request your help to get my money back as soon as possible. I'm sending them mails from Last 3 months but not getting my money back.

Again send the Gentle Reminder mail to Magic Holidays, but not getting any response from them, when they will be going to return my money back with Interest.

They should & need to be return back my amount with Interest.
