We have receive a gift voucher but it was not able to reedom due to name was written by hand . How we know that this is not acceptable ?
They people intentionally not print our name means is it fraud ? YES if they want to really give us then at first time they print our name on that. Secondly on mail also not give us proper response . This is making full to people
