Magicpin — not able to redeem voucher

I am not able to redeem vouchers for shoppers stop when i have balance in account.the quantity button is disabled .

Earlier I have redeemed vouchers for Shoppers stop and it worked for me well but this time it is not allowing me to take coupons for Shoppers Stop.Please look into this issue.

I have been using Magic pin for long and doesnt sems to be the issue before but now I am not able to redeem it with my cashback points.please help!

Me problem same
My Magicpin wallet balance in 389 Rs .but my mobile number not recharged.the message of show in display .oops! This recharge is not currently available.. please my wallet check and me informed please
