Dear Sir/Madam,
Due to heavy rain on 24/06/2015 my car - vw vento got damaged and decided to put my car for Insurance claim in Automark - VW service station, Sarkhej.
One of the surveyor from magma insurance company, did the survey and did not pass the claim for bumper. But the reason he gave for not passing the claim, was inappropriate and illogical.
I talked with the surveyor on call and asked for the reason but he wasn't able to give proper reason and denied everything. After that, I went to the service station, met him and requesting him to give genuine reason for not passing my claim. He started negotiating with me about 50-50 money to pay which I denied. He talked rudely and left from there saying if you want your car, you have pay bare some amount.
I talked with higher authority and surveyor's manager but haven't got any satisfactory response. So, I decided to make a grievance and sent mail to [protected]@magma-hdi.co.in on 29/06/2015.
It has been 15 days and haven't heard anything from them. They didn't even send an acknowledgement mail.
Could you please explain me what should be my next step.
