[Resolved]  Magnum Technologies — i am complaint against the company they forced for money otherwise you will see in the court

My name is Maumita Dey.I had applied for a job in online websites i.e monster.com
and fresherslive(28.04.19).On the next day a company(Magnum Technologies) called me and told that
this is a part time job where your job is to fill up 700 forms in 7 days.They also gave me a pdf
of there official website where they mentioned that you have to pay 4449/- for registration fees.
But after completing my job they will deduct that ammount from my salary.After that all procedure
had been done successfully including sending my adhar xerox and my photo with my signature.
They send me use-rid along with password.They told me not to click link on your mobile phone, but which link won't be open they did't mention it.
After tapping a link in my phone, i had given those u_id and password, it was showing to me that your account
has been blocked by multiple login.I called in customer care of that company, the person(Veer Sinh) was so rude
and told that you have to pay 8000/- right now for unblocking your account.They didn't mention it while our
telephonic conversation.After complaining to them, they forcefully charged it.If i am not able to give their
compensation they will lodge a case against me i rajkot, Gujrat and also i have to pay 20000 /- in court.sir,
i am a student and pursuing b.tech.I don't know what to do.They continuously call me for paying there penalty
and threatened me.I went to my nearest police station.They told me that is a scam
and give a email to head office.Please help me.

If you have enough power, cancel there official license ass soon as possible.

Don’t pay any amount of money. Because these guys are scammers. They are dealing with many people in the same way and threatening with legal actions. But they won’t initiate any legal actions because they are scammers and they would be in jail if they go for it. If any of the customers pay these amount out of fear, then that’s their profit. So do not pay any amount

Block them everywhere. And relax. They are fraud. They won't do anything.

Same thing Happened with me, So i suggest you don't take tension and block all the numbers. They are fraud and I think they started this business only to register a case against person.hahahahahaha

Hi..my name is Varuna, I am housewife, while looking for part time job so that I can take of 6 year old child I trapped by these guys, .
Please help me if anyone can as these guys are threatening me with the court case and I am simple housewife looking for work so that I can help my husband in some extra income while taking care of my 6 year old child, and companies like magnum take advantages of people like us, not only they have also taken 2000 rs as penalty, even after this they are again n again calling and sending me threatening messages. I followed all the formalities with thses guys but they actually played a trick to me.
Someone please help and also request to all the victims to come forward and join hands against such companies who is harassing people for their own business.

I was receiving such call for past 2-3 days from the same group from mobile no [protected]. Thanks to your comments I have not signed up. I am blocking him asap

Or ab mere sath bhi same hua he, Agar me phele ye review dekh leta to shayad mere sath bhi fraud nhi hua hota . Ye log insaan ki berojgari ko dekhte huye majboori ka fayeda uthate he.
Kya koi bta skta he ki in logo ki complaint kese kre .

What should we do now? I am also a victim of this...
Is there any legal proceedings taken against any o[censored]s??

I Interested to work with them but i read all review then i blocked their whatsup business account Number.

I'm worrying.. Kahin kli action toh nahi le lenge yeh. Waise toh mera maanna hai ki koi bhi private company ek government legal stamp paper pe agreement ke liye hamaare photo aur signature use nahi kar sakti par fir bhi darr lag raha hai.. What can i do? Just give me some suggestions

Guys I am applied for Home Based job from home in Quiker website . One day i got a message on my whatsApp that Magnum Technology company offer me a job for me. Then a man send me a pdf file of work to fill 700 forms in 7 days with accuracy of 90% . The man told me that you don't have to pay Registration fees it will deducted from my second salary . then i was so happy to do that work . he told me to send a residental proof so i send him my D.L . I got call from him he told me that he is going to send a user id and a website link through text message. then i started to sing up my id there's a 100 rupees agreements paper my name, address, and my phone number then he told me to upload my signature's photo and passport size photo and i upload it and submit the form. then i got a phone call from a girl that she said this line is recorded then she told me about the terms . the terms was like this 1. if i can't complete those 700 forms in 7 days then i wll have to pay the company 4499/- for service and portal charges something i don't remembered 2 if the accuracy level below from 90% then i will have to pay the same price . i said yes to her but i have a bad felling about that . then i got a mail from the magnum in that mail i there's a users id and password . this happens with me today 15.05.2019 then i searched in google about the company then i find these Scam on Consumer Complaints website ... guys help me out what should i do . i am adding that screen shots of LEGAL AGREEMENT paper.. ..plz give some feedback . please help me out

This Company is total fraud ..same happened to me ..guys do not join this ..they keep u unwair about the agreement .., and block your I'd after 2, 3days..then ask for maintenance charges of 8000, and penalty also ...they tourcher and threatened us...plz don't trust this company..
