Dear sir
i have given work to maha e seva kendra ashoknagar satpur for shopact license he told me 1500Rs charges for it n taken 500 advance n told me will get license in 10 days but after 25 days i have not recieved license n he argue with me on that my concern is on which basis he is taking 1500rs for service charges for licence i wnt to file a cmplaint on it
