Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — about new connection request pending

Hello this is prathamesh vanarse. I have applied for the new connection online for my apartment. On 2nd december 2019. I also uploaded all the documents which were required for new connection which were mentioned in the mseb website. My application number is 23714326. After frequent followup till now, no one has turned up for the connection. They are asking to visit there local divisional office but as i am out of station it becomes hard to visit frequently because, every time i visit they demand for different documents. I have already provided all the documents mentioned on the website but still it is not going further and there is no power connection in my appartment. Kindly help me in this situation
