Before due date they disconnected electricity and removed our meter after that I call customer care call they don't give satisfy solution even staff vary bad they doesn't an idea about office working time and live connection how many time after convert into td connections .Live consumer can't pay recontion bill after paid they will send technical team to connect meter. more than 40 hour time waist but result big zero solution zero. Average bill has been coming for few months, this month we have not used much unit yet still high unit has been used. I have received such a bill, even after giving online complaint and writing a complaint in the office, no one has come to check. Msedcl has been resorting to illegal power cuts in Haware Vrindavan Tower ABD CHS Khanda Colony Sector 9.
