Dear sir,
I know that my complaint should be directed to the state department and not the center. I have done that too. I am attaching the same.
However, i am not very sure that my problem would be solved therefore i am writing to the pm office.
I do organic agriculture in my small land of 3.5-acre, gat no. 562. I have also planted various trees including herbal plants.
My requirement for water is very small because i do rainwater harvesting and use no chemicals.
I draw water from the nearby indrayani river, and my electricity consumer no is [protected].
My electricity meter is not working since january 2019. I made several complaints. Finally, on 09/10/19, the mseb personnel came to check and gave me a letter confirming that indeed my meter is not working.
After reviewing, mseb did not take any action about it, despite several request calls and visits.
Instead, they send me a bill of 35, 000, though i do not have an electricity connection. It was absolutely perplexing. I requested them to look into the matter and correct my bill amount. Though i do not have the connection, i am willing to pay the basic monthly charges, but not the unit charges, but they are insisting that i pay, no matter what. This is shocking!
All i am requesting mseb-dehu road, to correct my amount so that i can immediately pay and they can supply me with the electricity. They promise me that it will be done, but no action has been taken since months have passed. I am convinced that no action will be taken in the future as well. I pay my bills regularly. Since the villagers do not pay theirs, the connection is been removed altogether.
I have stopped doing agriculture activities because i do not have water. Now it is difficult to keep the trees alive. It is a horrible condition. I am going through the pain, watching my plants die one by one.
This is harassment for no fault of mine.
I thus request you to kindly look into the matter with the state, before i lose my lifetimes efforts.
