Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — electric meters provided by msedcl are not working. written complaint submitted but no replacement of mtr. lumpsum bills charged.

Consumer no.[protected] pushpalata a bagul. Electric meter is not working. Written complaint submitted at vashi office on 21/05/2018. As against average monthly bill of rs. 350 to 450 msedcl has sent bii of rs.1000/- msedcl officials stated mtr will b replaced and bills for correct charges shall b sent. Mtr not yet replaced nor correct bills sent. Now i m receiving msgs to make payment of rs. 3200/ otherwise supply will b disconnected. When
I approached the office twice i was told that mtr will b changed. But no action is taken.
