I am Radhika Awekar, live in Pune. My parents use above mentioned consumer number, electric supply services at Amravati, They are senior citizen, only 2 member live on this place.
Last one year they have received high amount of bills multiple amount of Rs. 1000/- they also paid it.
Last one year they always said to your Reading Executive above this high bill issues, also last month visit on your nearest MSEB divisional office, they said due to meter issues or earthing issue they received this high amount of bills but till date no one visit and check this issues, they are elder person not possible continue visit on electrical offices.
This month again received bill of Rs. 1250/- . who is responsible that, this is shocked things senior citizen person uses of 94 unit how is it possible?
I also used electricity with all electricals instruments but till date not have this kindly of high amount bills
Plz check this issues urgently, last 1 year we already paid extra amount to MSEB. Resolved this issues and adjusted our extra paid amount in next months billing cycle.
Also give us confirmation after resolved all this issues with satisfactory manner we will be pay bill of Feb month of Rs. 1250/- or revise amount of Bill.

Kindly resolved this issues at earliest, they are sr. citizen and not have any man power to visit your offices kindly co-operate it.
