this is regarding my last month electricity bill, i.e. June 2024, which was three times higher.
i had raised complaint to customer care for the same, and asked them to check my meter and let me know the reason for the high bill,
Service ID[protected] was registered for the same, and in request it was clearly mentioned that need to check the meter and load,
Since last 1-2 year, my monthly bill below 6000,
but for June 2024 the bill came as 18510, which is more than three times high.
I want my meter inspection report,
Today, i called customer care again, asking the update, then they told me that zone office has closed the complaint without checking it also, and the remark was the " Bill is as per Unit ", and they closed the complaint, even i didn't got any single call from Zonal Office.
today, again the complaint was reopened by Executive, new SR number[protected]
Please help to get this resolved and give me waiver for the fault that happened,
Also, i haven't paid my bill for the last month, so please get this issue fixed so in future also i wont get any such compplaints.
